hours are Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Will-call and delivery run out

A note on the count
Smardan's own website says five branches in its prose, but its Locations
page, footer and contact page list four — San Luis Obispo is missing from all
three. It is on the 2024 Line Card, on all four form PDFs, and in the
credit application's branch dropdown. This demo shows five. If the fourth
generation tells us it should be four, it takes one line to change.

This is a design concept, not their official site.
Smardan Supply was established on March 1st, 1930 — during the Great
Depression — by brothers Bill and Sam Smardan, who had been working at Silvers
Pipe & Supply.
Their first location was a disused automobile garage in Inglewood, California.
Their first employee was a driver named Bill Weelo, who part-paid his wages by
lodging at Bill Smardan's home.

Four generations
Randy Benton is Chief Executive Officer. Brandon, Justin and AJ are the fourth
generation and serve as Co-Presidents. The company has been family owned and
operated for the whole ninety-six years.
You telephone a branch and a person at that branch picks up. Quotes come back
the same day. Will-call orders are picked and staged; delivery runs out of all
five branches, same day or next.
The showroom is staffed by people who also sell the rough plumbing behind the
wall, so a fixture selection can be checked against what is actually in stock
before it goes on an order.
Everything you'd otherwise have to telephone for — the account
application, the prelim request, the line card — and the invoice gateway.

Smardan's live site takes full card numbers through a contact form that
sends them by email. This demo links to their BillTrust invoice gateway instead —
that is the secure route, and the one their statements name.
